Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive your order via USPS within 5 - 8 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary or be delayed. Returns

You may return or exchange your unworn/unused item(s) in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Jaded.xo offers free exchanges in the US. For returns, a fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping fees. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us here WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER to start the process. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and send it to you via email.

Once you receive a shipping label, please ship the order back to us within 7 days of receiving the label. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your unworn/unused goods with original packaging. If you have selected an exchange, we will send out the new order 1 to 3 days after your original order has been received by our warehouse.
